Our policy lasts fifteen days. If fifteen days have passed by since your purchase, sadly we will not provide you with a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a comeback, your items should be unused and within the same condition that you just received them. It should even be within the original packaging.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition is broken or missing elements for reasons undue to our error.
- Any item that is coming back over 15 days once delivered.
Shipping:
- You are liable for paying for your own shipping charges for returning the items.
- Shipping charges are non refundable.
Mahishop takes no responsibility for any loss, damages, or delay that will occur. Similarly, we should be notified prior if additional insurance is needed.
