Pomegranate Oil

Pomegranate oil has originated from the pomegranate plant scientifically known as Punica granatum which is a fruit-bearing deciduous small tree that rises 5-8 meters high above the ground. The leaves of the plant are 3-7 cm long with a green glossy touch, whereas the flowers are bright red in color with 4-5 petals in each flower. The plant is native to India and is generally grown in drier climatic areas. The oil is extracted through a cold-pressed technique with the help of the fruits of the plant. It has a fresh fruity aroma with colors ranging from transparent to little reddish notes.
