Floral Absolutes Oils
In Mahi Globals laboratories and manufacturing facilities, while preparing floral absolutes oils, our experts take utmost care to protect the floral wealth of the nature during extraction process. We deploy the ‘minimum waste and maximum yield’ practices and procedure of vacuum distillation. This procedure ensures not only the maximum yield but also maintains the consistency and aromatic depth of the floral absolutes hence obtained. Post the vacuum distillation the extracted outcome is exposed to Ethanol so as to remove the pigments and waxes from the aromatic compounds, which are usually present in the extracted material derived from the flower or herb. Since we are a ‘zero waste’ company and have a firm belief that we must replenish the resources back to nature, as much as possible, hence we ensure that all solvents used during the extraction are vacuum distilled properly and retained to be recycled later. The yield then is the purest form of the floral absolute that we desire to offer to our customers. The waxes removed from the oil have little or no aromatic value, however they come in very handy for skin care products.
After the ‘expert’ extraction, the absolute oil contains far more of the aromatic principles of the flower than its steam distilled counterpart which is why it smells closer to nature.
